Wegovy is a prescription injectable containing semaglutide 2.4 mg, taken once weekly to support clinically meaningful long-term weight loss. It is used with dietary changes and physical activity to help adults with:

• Obesity (BMI ≥30)

• Overweight (BMI ≥27) with at least one weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, or sleep apnea.

Wegovy should not be used with other semaglutide medicines or other GLP-1 treatments. It is not approved for children under 12.
